What is the return policy?
EXCHANGES ONLY
We don’t do refunds — every piece is built to order and inspected before it leaves the slab. Exchanges are available as store credit only. Be sure to include your order number, name, and address inside the return package.
CLOTHING EXCHANGES
Gear must return in factory-fresh condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or pet hair. Returns must be made within 30 days with your packing slip or order info. Anything that doesn’t meet these standards gets sent right back.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our blank garments are manufactured internationally to meet premium quality standards, then screen-printed and finished locally in Las Vegas, NV. Every piece is hand-pressed and inspected before it leaves the slab.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate standard shipping for $10 per order anywhere in the U.S. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
If you need it faster, select FedEx Express (1–2 business days) at checkout for expedited delivery. You will be responsible for the full cost of shipping calculated when at checkout.
